（公職就任の届出）第百二十九条の二 弁護士である会員は、常時勤務を要する報酬ある公職を兼ねるときは、速やかに、本会に届け出なければならない。２ 前項の届出をした弁護士である会員は、その届出に係る事項に変更を生じたとき又は公職をやめたときは、遅滞なく、その旨を本会に届け出なければならない。３ 前二項に定めるもののほか、前二項の届出に関し必要な事項は、会規をもって定める。（営利業務の届出等）第百二十九条の三 法第三十条第一項及び第三項の営利業務の届出並びに法第三十条第二項及び第四項の営利業務従事弁護士名簿に関し必要な事項は、会規をもって定める。
第十二章 法律扶助（総合法律支援事業に対する支援）第百三十条 本会は、総合法律支援法（平成十六年法律第七十四号）に基づき日本司法支援センターが行う総合法律支援に関する事業に関し、会員による協力体制の充実を図る等必要な支援をするよう努めるものとする。
