第八章の三 人権救済調査室
（人権救済調査室の設置等）
第百五条の三 本会に人権救済調査室を置く。２ 人権救済調査室は、会長の指示に基づき、関連する委員会等と連携し、次に掲げる事務を行う。一 本会の人権擁護活動に関する調査及び研究並びに各種資料作成に関する事項二 人権救済申立事件の事前審査並びに係属中の人権救済申立事件の調査及び管理に関する事項３ 前二項に定めるもののほか、人権救済調査室に関し、必要な事項は、規則をもって定める。第八章の四 広報室
（広報室の設置等）第百五条の四 本会の広報を効果的かつ統一的に継続して行うため、本会に広報室を置く。２ 広報室は、会長の指示に基づき、次に掲げる事務を行う。一 本会の活動に関する広報二 弁護士及び弁護士法人の活動及び業務に関する広報三 本会の委員会等が行う広報に関する助言四 広報委員会その他関連する委員会等との連携五 本会が実施する広報の方法及び効果に関する調査及び研究六 その他本会の広報活動を効果的かつ統一的に継続して行うため必要な事項３ 前二項に定めるもののほか、広報室に関し必要な事項は、規則をもって定める。

（宣傳室的設置等）效果的且統一地繼續第一百五條四本會的宣傳為了進行，本會放置宣傳室。2宣傳室，根據會長的指示，進行其次?起的事務。有關一本會的活動的宣傳有關二律師及律師法人的活動及業務的宣傳有關三本會的委員會等舉行的宣傳的指導與四宣傳委員會及其他相關的委員會等的聯合有關五本會實施的宣傳的方法及效果的調?及研究為了效果的且統一地繼續六及其他本會的宣傳活動進行需要的事項定3前二項的僅僅的之外，有關宣傳室需要的事項，以規則制定。
