（公益活動等への参加義務）第十三条 弁護士である会員は、本会の社会的責務を実現するため、会規に定める公益活動及び委員会委員としての活動に参加しなければならない。 第十三条の二 弁護士である会員は、前条に定めるもののほか、公益活動及び委員会委員としての活動に積極的に参加するよう努めなければならない。２ 弁護士法人である会員は、公益活動に積極的に参加するよう努めなければならない。 （役員の選任基準）第十四条 本会の役員は、人格識見のある者が衆望を担って職務に当たることができるように、民主的でかつ公明な方法によって選任されなければならない。 （弁護士道徳）第十五条 本会は、弁護士道徳の確立と向上のため、会規、規則等を定めることができる。
