第一章 総 則（名称） 第一条 本会は、大阪弁護士会と称する。（所在地） 第二条 本会は、事務所を大阪市北区西天満一丁目十二番五号に置く。（会員） 第三条 本会は、大阪地方裁判所の管轄区域内に法律事務所を有する弁護士及び弁護士法人をもって組織する。２ 前項の弁護士及び弁護士法人を本会の会員とする。（本会の目的） 第四条 本会は、弁護士及び弁護士法人の使命及び職務にかんがみ、その品位を保持し、弁護士及び弁護士法人事務の改善進歩を図るため、弁護士及び弁護士法人の指導、連絡及び監督に関する事務を行うことを目的とする。
